The transformation of this Clintonville home resulted in a very stylish and updated interior. Our clients' vision was to open it up and bring fresh life into it. We accomplished a more open feel by removing the wall dividing the kitchen and the dining room and installing a peninsula with a beautiful quartz waterfall countertop. We added a bigger kitchen window to bring in more light to the now two connected rooms and moved the sink under that window for a better view. We updated the house with contemporary fixtures such as the lights, the geometric tile backsplash, and new cabinets. The wood trim was painted white to tie in with the color choices for the walls and make it more modern. The other big transformation was the bathroom, in which we replaced one of the windows with a transom window so we could relocate the tub and open up the space. We added a new vanity, tile floors, tile shower surround and built-in linen shelves for storage. Now all the clients have to do is enjoy their updated and personalized home!
